Cheap, fun countries with good exchange AU exchange rates?

my bf and i are looking for somewhere fun & cheap to travel to where the AU exhange rate is good. What countries would you recommend? (not asia or indonesia)
Anywhere that doesn’t use the euro.
Fiji, Cook Islands, New Zealand, South America, North America, Africa, Canada come to mind.
